Wooden Pattern Production & Molding

Wooden patterns are produced according to approved drawings, and molding is carried out to ensure accurate shape and dimensional consistency.

Pouring

Molten metal is poured under controlled conditions to achieve complete filling and sound internal structure.

Sand Cleaning

After solidification, residual sand is removed to obtain a clean casting surface and prepare for subsequent processes.

Heat Treatment

Heat treatment is applied to relieve internal stress and improve mechanical properties for high-temperature service.

Grinding & Machining

Surface grinding and machining are performed on critical areas to meet dimensional and functional requirements.

Inspection

Final inspection includes dimensional checks, visual examination, and necessary testing to ensure compliance with specifications.

QUALITY CONTROL

In order to reduce common problems such as deformation and cracks in the slag pots, TSR has carried out scientific optimization in design and strictly controlled the smelting and production processes. All the slag pots must undergo multiple testing procedures before they can be delivered：chemical composition, mechanical property, dimensional check, ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), penetrant test (PT), X-ray inspection, etc
