Sink roll is one of the three rolls in CGL (continuous galvanizing line); with other two rolls, stabilizer roll and back-up roll, they are the main composition of continuous galvanizing line.Sink roll is used in zinc pot, usually produced with 316L or 317L. Working temperature is 500ºC - 700ºC.
In the process of production, the whole sink roll is immersed into molten zinc liquid. It cooperates with stabilizer roll, agitating molten zinc liquid to the surface of plate. The sink roll is one of the key factors determining the production quality and production efficiency of the galvanizing line.
