At TSR, we are focused on the roll service. Our Technical Service will help you to solve questions about roll maintenance, roll wear, roll damages, roll configuration, shape of the roll, surface hardness, roughness, temperature distribution and damage inspection among others. The aim is reducing the Total Cost of Operation for the customer by supplying reliable rolls and advanced roll service always with strict adherence to the delivery time.

What is your service area?
TSR provide worldwide service. In most of the countries, we have local agent and service teams to provide service.
what is the warranty period of your products?
All our products are whole lifetime warranty.
What is the delivery time of your products?
The lead time for common products is around 4 to 6 months. For emergency orders, we could deliver products within 3 months.
What delivery clause do you provide?
We accept FOB,CFR and CIF delivery clause. In some countries, we could provide DAP delivery service.
