CAST SLEEVES AND

Cast sleeves are critical wear components in long product rolling processes, directly involved in metal deformation. TSR sleeves are manufactured from high-performance alloy materials with advanced heat treatment processes, offering excellent wear resistance, thermal crack resistance, and dimensional stability. They ensure stable rolling performance under high load and high-temperature conditions, improving rolling efficiency and product surface quality.
TSR forged shafts are produced from premium alloy steel through high forging ratios and precision heat treatment, resulting in dense and uniform microstructure with excellent strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance, ensuring long-term stable and reliable operation.
