VC + ESR
- Dissolved Hydrogen is controlled to 1.0-1.5 ppm.
- To minimise gas pickup (oxygen and hydrogen).
- Clean ingot.
- Homogeneous and refining microstructure.
- ESR roll has the advantages of high wear-resistance, high anti-accident and high uniformity of surface hardness.
Quenching And Machining
- Automatic control induction heating power, stable quenching heating temperature.
- Quenching by Constant temperature cooling water, steady quenching cooling intensity.
- Multi-heating induction rings design to ensure the heating depth and meet the customer ‘s Working Layer requirements.
